Milestones of Love Co. Society (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a community-driven organization dedicated to supporting and empowering single mothers through coaching, mentorship, and community-based initiatives. Our programs, including Rise & Thrive®, the Seasons of Solo Mom™ (SOS Mom) Academy, and various scholarship opportunities, are designed to provide personal and professional development support.

By participating in our programs, purchasing our services, or donating to our cause, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Participation

• Our coaching programs and community initiatives are open to single mothers seeking personal growth, financial stability, and emotional empowerment.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our coaching programs.
• Some programs may require an application process, and acceptance is not guaranteed.
• Scholarships are available for those who demonstrate financial need, subject to availability.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

3.1 Payments

• Payments for coaching programs, workshops, and other services must be made in full or through an agreed-upon installment plan.
• Payments can be made via our secure payment gateway, and all transactions are final.

3.2 Refunds

• Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable.
• In special cases (such as medical emergencies), we may consider program rescheduling or credit toward future programs at our discretion.

4. Scholarships & Financial Assistance

• Scholarship applications must be completed in full and submitted before the specified deadline.
• Scholarships are awarded based on eligibility criteria, including financial need and commitment to personal growth.
• Misrepresentation of information on scholarship applications may result in disqualification.

5. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, all program participants, volunteers, and community members must adhere to the following:

• Treat all participants, coaches, and staff with respect.
• Refrain from discrimination, harassment, or any form of harmful behavior.
• Respect confidentiality within coaching sessions and support groups.
• Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from programs or community platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and resources provided by Milestones of Love Co. Society, including Rise & Thrive®workbooks, coaching materials, and community content, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce any of our materials without prior written consent.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
• By participating in our programs, you agree to receive communication from us regarding program updates, community news, and relevant support resources.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Milestones of Love Co. Society provides coaching, mentorship, and community support but does not offer medical, legal, or financial advice.
• We are not responsible for any personal, financial, or emotional outcomes resulting from participation in our programs.
• Our services are provided on an “as is” basis, and we make no guarantees regarding specific results.

9. Program Modifications & Termination

• We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any of our programs at any time.
• Participants will be notified of significant changes, and efforts will be made to accommodate those affected.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from participation in our programs will first be addressed through informal resolution.
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration as required by applicable law.
